Role: He /She will manage a team of 10 to 15 search optimizers focused on increasing organic results across our platform. Refine and manage internal standards for on-page optimization, linking techniques, and business / product profile distribution. (Deep knowledge & understanding SEO on page & off Page), SMO & SEM. Stay abreast of changes in search engine behavior (Google , Yahoo, Bing, etc.) and products and develop a roadmap of best practices for team to implement. Perform competitive analysis and make strategic recommendation to leadership team on emerging trends and opportunities to drive innovation and retain competitive advantage for our client base.

Analytics: Tracks, analyzes and summarizes software download results and progress. Very strong quantitative skills, understanding of website traffic patterns and ability to analyze traffic & command over Google Analytics and other tools for tracking traffic.

Ensure team has the training and resources needed for cutting edge skill development. Ensure that team members have the ability to grow in their careers and be recognized for their contributions.

Experience.: Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in organic search including one year in a senior role leading projects in SEO, SME/SMO, team handling skills.

Salary – up to 3.00 LAC per annum
