Allotment of Choice Number in Haryana Telecom circle.
(A) Policy for allotment of choice number ( 94XXX-00001 to 94XXX-00100) by GM(MS-O), Ambala Haryana.
(a) VIP customer: - Genuine VIP of local area (not a referred case by VIP) i.e. VIP himself may be sanctioned choice Mobile number free of cost out of the series allotted to O/o GM(MS-O), Ambala.
(b) CIC Customer: - CIC customers having BSNL bills (Landline, Broad band and Postpaid Mobile etc. together) of more than 3000/- per month for last three consecutive months may be sanctioned choice Mobile number (two digits) free of cost out of the series allotted to O/o GM(MS-O), Ambala.
Note: -(i). Subscriber has to attach the Copy of bills for Landline, Broad band and Post Paid Mobiles together for last three months.
(ii) Number of connection should be on the same applicant name.
(iii) One or more choice mobile number can be allotted in case of multiple
Connections fulfilling above (b) (i.e. one number for one Rs 3000/- bill and then multiples)
(c) Subscribers which are not included in category (a) and (b) above may be sanctioned mobile number from the series allotted on first come first serve basis with amount of Rs. 10000/- ( plus taxes) ( two digit number).
It has the approval of competent authority.
Note: - 1. The spare number must be confirmed from CCN before allotting.
2. The above policy is on trial basis for one month, it will be reviewed as per its success.

Policy for allotment of choice number (94XXX-00101 to 94XXX-00999) by respective SSAs.
(a) VIP customer: - Genuine VIP of local area (not a referred case by VIP) i.e. VIP himself may be sanctioned choice Mobile number, free of cost, out of the series allotted to respective SSA’s.
(b) CIC Customer: - CIC customers having BSNL bills (Landline, Broad band and Postpaid Mobile etc. together) of more than 1000/- per month for last three consecutive months may be sanctioned choice Mobile number free of cost out of the series allotted to respective SSA’s.
Note: - (i). Subscriber has to attach the Copy of bills for Landline, Broad band and Post
Paid Mobiles together for last three months.
(ii) Number of connection should be in the same applicant name.
(iii) One or more choice mobile number can be allotted in case of multiple
Connections fulfilling above (b) (i.e. one number for one Rs 1000/- bill and
then multiples)
(c) Subscribers which are not included in category (a) and (b) above may be sanctioned mobile number from the series allotted to respective SSA on first come first serve basis with amount of Rs. 3000/- ( plus taxes) ( three digit number).

2. The above policy is on trial basis for one month, it will be reviewed as per its success.
3. The below mentioned series are allotted to respective SSAs for allotment of Choice Mobile Numbers.

Sub: - Regarding the policy of allotment of choice & vanity number in Haryana Telecom Circle.
It is submitted that below mentioned policy for allotting spare choice number between (a) XXXXX00001 to XXXXX00009 and (b) XXXXX00010 to XXXXX00100 and XXXXX00101 to XXXXX00999 may be implemented. The revised policy is made with a view to maintain uniformity in allotment.
